Do not upload harmful, illegal, or discriminatory content.

All content, design, logos, and technology used in Sprint remain our property. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform.
5. Data Ownership
Your organization retains ownership of employee and HR data uploaded to Sprint. We process this data solely to deliver services.
6. Payment & Billing
Free plans are provided with limited features.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
Refunds are not provided except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sprint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in Mumbai, India.
